Notary Business Accelerator

A commission is a license. It isn’t a business.

We build the client-acquisition system around your notary commission — what you sell, what you charge, where you’re found, how leads get answered, and which accounts you go after. Built with you, in 30 or 60 days.

Thirty minutes with a strategist. We’ll tell you what your market pays for and whether one of our programs is worth it for you. Every path starts with the same call — including the one where we tell you that neither program is right for you yet.

The gap

Why the work never becomes steady

You were taught the act, not the trade

Almost every notary course explains how to perform a notarial act correctly. None of them explain how to become the person a title office calls at 4:40 on a Friday. That second thing is what pays.

You’re competing on being found

In most counties the qualified notaries far outnumber the ones who show up in the map pack, answer on the second ring, and send a quote before the caller tries the next name on the list.

Nothing follows the lead

A missed call at 7pm is a lost job. An estimate with no follow-up is a lost job. Most solo notaries lose more revenue between the first call and the booking than they lose to competitors.

The build

What gets built, in order

This is the sequence we work through together. Each step ends with something live — not a checklist telling you to go do it.

  1. Decide what you sell

Service mix and pricing set against what your county actually pays for — general notary work, loan signings, RON, apostille, vehicle title, facility calls. Usually two or three services, not eleven.

  2. Get found

Google Business Profile built, verified and populated. A one-page site that targets your city and services. A review request that goes out after every job, automatically.

  3. Answer every lead

Intake script, quote language, missed-call text-back, and a 14-day follow-up sequence that runs whether or not you remember to send it.

  4. Go get the accounts

A named list of the title offices, law firms, care facilities, dealers and property managers in your radius — with the outreach sequence loaded and the first hundred contacts made while we’re still working together.

  5. Read the numbers

One page: leads, booked jobs, average ticket, cost per client, repeat rate. Reviewed with you monthly so the next decision is made on evidence instead of mood.

Fit

Who this works for

A good fit if you

  • Hold an active commission and can take work in the next 30 days
  • Are willing to make outreach calls and knock on local doors
  • Can put $150–$400 a month toward tools and ad spend, separate from the program fee
  • Want a system you own, not leads rented from someone else

Not a fit if you

  • Aren’t commissioned yet — get commissioned first, and we’ll point you to your state’s process for free
  • Are looking for guaranteed signing volume or a book of accounts handed over
  • Want someone to run the business instead of build it with you
  • Expect revenue without doing the outreach
The call

What happens on the call

We look at your market

Your county, your radius, and which services have real demand there versus the ones that only look good on a price list.

We look at what you charge

Most notaries are underpricing travel, after-hours and multi-signature work. We’ll tell you where yours sits, whether or not you ever hire us.

We tell you whether a program makes sense

Including when it doesn’t. If your volume or market won’t support the fee, we’ll say so and point you at what to do on your own first.

And what it isn’t

Thirty minutes is enough to diagnose and to give you a direction. It isn’t a full strategy build — that’s the program, and we’d rather be straight about the difference.

Questions

Before you book

Do you guarantee I’ll make a certain income?

No, and you should be wary of anyone in this industry who does. What you earn depends on your market, your pricing, how much outreach you do, and how quickly you answer the phone. We build the system and hold you to the work. We don’t promise an outcome.

What will I spend beyond the program fee?

Expect roughly $150–$400 a month for a domain and site, a CRM or scheduling tool, and a starting ad budget. We’ll give you exact numbers on the audit call, sized to your market, before you commit to anything.

I’m brand new. Should I start here?

Only if you’re already commissioned. If you aren’t, book the call anyway and say so on the form — we’ll spend the time walking you through your state’s commissioning process instead, and you can come back once you’re active.

Is this a disguised sales pitch for your other products?

We also operate Notarizr and Agents Pro, and some of what we recommend may run on those platforms. We’ll tell you when that’s the case and what the alternatives cost. If a competitor’s tool fits your situation better, we’ll say so.

Is the free call just a sales pitch?

Partly, and we’d rather say so. If a program fits, we’ll recommend it and tell you the price. If it doesn’t, the call ends with our honest read on your market and no pitch. What we won’t do is pressure you into a decision on the call — you’ll get the numbers in writing and decide on your own time.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on three to five hours a week — the working sessions plus the outreach and calls that only you can make. Clients who treat it as a course rather than a build don’t get results, and we’d rather you know that now.

What’s your refund policy?

The programs are refundable in full within the first seven days, before the build work begins. After that the work is underway and the fee is earned. The consultation costs nothing either way.

Next

Start with a call. Decide after.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. If we don’t think a program will pay for itself in your market, we’ll tell you on the call and you’ll still leave with something usable.
